Roof Replacement Case Studies: New Britain Roof Replacement Project

Challenge

The home owner was looking to have the shingles on his roof replaced. The shingles were fairly worn out due to years of exposure to snow, rain and sun. When roofing shingles experience too much wear and tear, it can compromise the wood beneath them, making your home vulnerable to leaking and mold. The roof needed someone that can do the job with excellence and at a reasonable price.

Solution

Millstream Construction met with the home owner and suggested a custom plan that included new roof protection and shingles from Owens Corning. We tore off the existing roof and inspected the foundation of the wood underneath it to ensure a complete fix for the homeowners. After a few days the work was completed and the customer was impressed with the results. Now his home’s roof can withstand Connecticut weather for years to come thanks to the team at Millstream!
