  Chris Gonsalves is the heart and soul of Millstream Construction, which he founded in 2009. With a lifelong passion for creating and building, Chris turned his dream into reality by establishing his own construction company with the goal of providing 100% customer satisfaction. His extensive experience in areas such as framing, HVAC, and home exteriors has equipped him to handle any situation that arises, allowing him to assess each project with expertise.

  Chris is dedicated to finding the best solutions for his customers, always prioritizing what’s most effective and budget-friendly. Rather than simply recommending a course of action, he works to ensure that each solution resolves the issue at hand and fits the homeowner’s needs.

  Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys camping, hiking, and watching football and hockey games with his wife and two dogs. His deep connection to both the company and his personal interests makes him a truly well-rounded and dedicated leader at Millstream Construction.

  With 15 years in the service industry and 6 years as a roofing specialist, Dave brings a wealth of experience to the Millstream team. He joined in January 2020 with a mission to help grow the company and provide exceptional service to Connecticut’s homeowners. Dave is dedicated to putting himself in the shoes of the homeowner, ensuring that all their needs are met with a customer-first mentality. His commitment to outstanding service has earned him a reputation, with hundreds of satisfied customers throughout the New England area.

  Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, Studley, and hitting the golf course with friends. His combination of expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction makes him a key asset to the Millstream team.

  Mark began his career in construction in his hometown of Columbia, Missouri, where he specialized in home exteriors. With extensive experience in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, Mark excels in all aspects of exterior home repair and remodeling. In 2015, he relocated to Connecticut and joined the Millstream family, bringing his expertise and passion for home improvement to the team.

  In his free time, Mark enjoys snowboarding, sports, and staying active with various outdoor activities. His hands-on experience and enthusiasm for both work and play make him a valued member of the Millstream team.

  Candi became a valued member of the Millstream team in November of 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in customer service and office administration, accumulated over 10 years in the home improvement industry. Her passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences makes her an indispensable asset to the team. Candi’s dedication to providing a satisfying and pleasant experience for each customer is reflected in her daily work.

  Outside of the office, Candi enjoys working on remodeling projects, cooking, and spending quality time with her friends, family, and her two dogs. Her well-rounded skill set and positive attitude contribute greatly to both the Millstream team and her personal endeavors.
